To ask for a refund you must get an RMA (Return Authorization). Requests need to be produced on the web and submitted with your order details. If you come your product or service without having a RMA selection you will not be refunded. Shipping and delivery and managing costs are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you should carefully package th
